Storms and Storm Requests

Ie. When the zombie storm rolls through, the world might change, but your character does not have to encounter the zombies.
World storms - Affects the entire world.
It's a zombie's world - Suddenly there is a thick haze all over the place and everything is zombies! They are roaming the streets and trying to break down your doors!
Under the sea - The entire world is under water! Fish swim by freely and seaweed is growing in the streets... Yet your character is perfectly fine, no risk of drowning here. Granted, some characters might grow fish tails or such ... and it's annoying to have things trying to float away from them... but whatever.
Winter wonderland - It's snowing out... There is a quick blizzard and then everything is covered in a foot of snow! It's a perfect snow day. But watch out... the weather can change in an instant. Maybe you should go inside and snuggle up in a blanket in front of the fire at the community center and have some hot coco.
Life's a Beach - Everyone is out on a beach! It's a non stop party! Swimming, bonfire, fireworks, beach chairs and cabanas! There's even a luau, open bar and limbo contest! Have fun getting the sand out of everything later.
Sporadic storms - Affects an area for a short time or individual people.
Song and dance storm - People have the urge to break into song and dance at random intervals. May also have music playing out of nowhere.
It's rainingmen pie! - Pie and other deserts fall from the sky! Messy, but fun.
To tell the truth - Whoops, you can't help but say what's on your mind! Blurting out what you're really thinking at random intervals is fun huh? Say... Does this dress make me look fat?
